Deposit & Refunds (IMPORTANT)

We require a $100 refundable deposit within 72hrs of selected attendee notification in January. Once flights have been purchased there will be NO REFUND if you cancel. Refunds will be in cash when you arrive or electronic refund will be issued if you cancel BEFORE flights have been booked.

If you miss your flight, it will be your responsibility to rebook at your own expense or miss the retreat, and you will forfeit your deposit.

Once selected you will receive an important survey to fill out and return upon receiving, and another post-retreat survey once you have returned home after the retreat.
